Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 17, 2026. These terms govern the use of the TailyGlow website and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, quotations and orders placed with TailyGlow. By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Quotations and Orders

This website does not publish prices. All prices are confirmed in a written quotation or proforma invoice for your specific requirements. An order is binding only after both parties confirm the proforma invoice in writing.

2. MOQ and Customization

Minimum order quantities vary by product and are confirmed in the quotation; core dog-gear lines start from 100 pcs per size and color. Customized goods are produced to the specifications confirmed in writing before production.

3. Samples

Sample fees depend on product complexity (typically $50–200) and are refundable against bulk orders of 500 pcs or more, as confirmed in the quotation. Standard sampling takes about 11–15 days; rush sampling of 7–10 days may be available on request.

4. Payment

We accept T/T, PayPal and L/C, as stated in the proforma invoice. Production starts after the agreed deposit or payment confirmation is received.

5. Lead Times and Delivery

Lead times quoted (for example, bulk production of about 25–45 days) are good-faith estimates based on normal conditions and start after sample approval and deposit. Delivery terms, shipping method and risk transfer follow the Incoterms stated in the proforma invoice.

6. Quality and Claims

Goods are inspected against the approved pre-production sample before shipment. If goods do not match the approved sample or agreed specifications, notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt with clear photos or video evidence, and we will work with you on repair, replacement of the affected items, or another fair remedy.

7. Intellectual Property

When you provide logos, artwork, packaging designs or other materials for customization, you confirm that you own them or hold the rights to use them, and you are responsible for any infringement arising from materials you supply. We use your materials only to produce your orders.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the value of the affected goods in that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page at the time an order is confirmed applies to that order.
